Effixion Labs—short for efficiency and experience in fusion—was founded by Shawn Cabral, a B2B technology marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience driving growth across startups, scaleups, and global enterprises. Shawn brings a powerful blend of strategic insight, commercial impact, and creative clarity to high-growth tech companies navigating complexity and transformation.

He has led marketing for some of the world’s most innovative tech brands—including Martech companies like Sitecore, Yieldify, StoryStream, and the Nasdaq-listed Restech (market research technology) company, Cint—helping them scale by crafting compelling brand narratives, customer-centric strategies, and revenue marketing-based execution. His marketing leadership has been instrumental at critical inflection points: rapid growth, M&A integration, organizational restructuring, IPO readiness and brand repositioning.

Shawn sees modern marketing as a discipline that must continually reevaluate the impact of efficiency and experience on every initiative.
